1. Services
   Nado Professional Cleaning LLC provides residential, commercial, HOA, and recurring pet waste removal services throughout Coronado and San Diego County. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Estimates & Pricing
   All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, property size, or additional service requests. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

3. Payment Terms
   Payment is due as agreed in your service estimate or service agreement. For recurring services, billing may occur weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the selected plan. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website or invoice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
   Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service fee. For recurring subscriptions, cancellation requires notice prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Access to Property
   Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the property. We are not responsible for incomplete service due to locked gates, aggressive pets, unsafe conditions, or blocked service areas.

6. Limitation of Liability
   While we take great care in performing our services, Nado Professional Cleaning LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from structural or maintenance defects. Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service performed.

7. Pet Waste Removal Services
   For dog waste removal services, pets must be secured during service. We are not responsible for pets escaping due to faulty gates or fencing. Weather conditions may affect service schedules.

8. Website Use
   All content on this website, including text, branding, and images, is the property of Nado Professional Cleaning LLC and may not be reproduced without permission. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
