Refund Policy

At Nado Professional Cleaning LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.

  1. Estimates and Payments
    All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary depending on property conditions or additional service requests. Payment is due as agreed in your service estimate or service agreement.

  2. Satisfaction Guarantee
    If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to return and address the issue. Refunds are not automatically issued and are determined at our discretion.

  3. Cancellations
    Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

  4. Recurring Services
    For recurring subscription services, cancellation must be made prior to the next billing cycle. Once a billing cycle has been processed, charges are non-refundable.

  5. Weather & Unforeseen Events
    Service schedules may be affected by weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, services will be rescheduled. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related delays.

  6. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Services already completed
    • Failure to provide safe or accessible work conditions
    • Delays caused by the client
    • Dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours of service completion

  7. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
